EDGE was brought to life in 2015 by experienced and well-respected property industry experts.
The company has enjoyed a significant period of growth and success from the start, and the team has grown to be a diverse mix of over 50 professionally qualified personnel across four offices.

EDGE offers a variety of services to a wide range of clients across all property sectors. Client projects benefit from the company’s core business focus of providing high quality tailored services with a hands-on approach from inception to completion. Servicing projects with dedicated senior professionals throughout the project life cycle means clients have direct access to EDGE Directors and decision makers.

EDGE believes its people are its most valuable asset and has worked hard to establish a culture of trust and inclusivity. The company also promotes a bi-monthly social, which gives each office the chance to catch up on recent developments, followed by a social activity organised by a different member of the team each time. Regular group forums discussed and highlighted team engagement strategies, managing concern amongst employees, and maintaining camaraderie through virtual, Covid-safe and socially distanced events. The forums provided the opportunity to check in on colleagues on a professional and personal basis. Feedback has been that regular management video calls have acted as a conduit for building relationships, particularly for the eight new employees who joined two weeks before the national lockdown. 


Five-star health insurance is provided for all employees at EDGE, which includes several benefits encouraging a healthy lifestyle. A 120-dayfree subscription to Peloton was offered during the first national lockdown, which made available numerous online classes – from yoga to boot camp – aimed at maintaining health and wellbeing. The organisation hosted quizzes on Friday afternoons, followed by a virtual social drink to keep teams connected and maintain their team spirit.

EDGE supported all employees during the first wave of the pandemic through open and honest communication, flexibility, and autonomy to make decisions to best fit work and life commitments. Management meetings provided a forum for discussions regarding communication, engagement, and health and wellbeing, along with an update on business strategy and financials. Business owners hosted virtual business updates monthly to personally communicate with all employees, as well as on a one-to-one basis. Line Managers also engaged with individuals and teams throughout to reinforce teamwork and negate any problems of isolated working.
