ETL are a consultancy firm who enable public and private sector clients to transform their lives. They aim to be a market leader in providing comprehensive strategic advisory services and downstream delivery support in the health, science & research and higher education sectors.
Feedback is what drives the organisations continuous improvement. For their clients they have feedback questionnaires which are tailored to each team and their specific services. These are digital and give ETL the opportunity to look at how each project worked and evaluate how they could improve.
Internally, teams meet regularly and mangers meet with their team members weekly. These meetings give everybody touch points to feedback and for them to feel they are being listened to. The HR team go out of their way to connect with people and have a 'door is always open' policy.
Each team at ETL is provided a social budget that they can use for any events throughout the year to help build team spirit and reward employees for their hard work. They also allocate a substantial training budget to each employee that is discussed at the PDR process. On top of this, regular lunch and breakfast events are provided to reward employees.
