About Emperor

Emperor Design Consultants are a strategic creative communications agency who bring insight, communications, stories and messages to life to turn their client's ambitions into reality. They are experts in reporting, brand, employee experience, digital and sustainability. Working together, they create multi-channel content that drives reporting, messaging, marketing and campaigns to deliver a truly integrated experience for their clients, stakeholders and audiences.

There is a real family feel at Emperor. This is helped by the fact that when they recruit, they are not just looking at CVs, it's mainly based on the personality of the candidate to fit in with their culture and principles.

In total, Emperor base all that they do on five core principles, which are: Aim High; Creativity Everywhere; Infectious Enthusiasm; Always Learning; and Razor Sharp.

Couple their core principles with a vision 'to be the partner of choice for ambitious businesses and the agency of choice for ambitious, talented people. Where our people belong, in an environment where they can flourish. To become the most admired and respected creative agency, with a lasting legacy', it is not surprising that Emperor continue to grow.
