Nedbank Private Wealth is a multi-award-winning wealth management company headquartered in the Isle of Man, with offices in London, Jersey and a representative office in the UAE. The company provides a full international wealth management offering through its integrated banking and investment services, together with trustee and corporate services to both private and corporate clients worldwide.

Nedbank have introduced a new bespoke team collaboration programme called 'Explore' for twelve members of staff, several times a year, which brings colleagues from all five of their geographical locations together, some of which may have never met in person. Over two days, through dynamic decision making processes, there are carefully designed challenges which stretch them both mentally and physically that they need to overcome as a team.
