The people that work for Nedbank are extremely proud to work for the company and in return, the company looks to invests in them. This starts with their contractual benefits from the day a new starter walks through the door. Employees are seen as their most important asset and the managing director and senior managers are committed to supporting their learning and development. Staff are actively encouraged to 'make a difference' to themselves and the company by being empowered to develop and train.

Nedbank have introduced a new bespoke team collaboration programme called 'Explore' for twelve members of staff, several times a year, which brings colleagues from all five of their geographical locations together, some of which may have never met in person. Over two days, through dynamic decision making processes, there are carefully designed challenges which stretch them both mentally and physically that they need to overcome as a team.

Nedbank strongly believe in helping their current talent develop within the business so they ensure that all vacancies are advertised internally before they go anywhere else.
