First Response Finance provide consumer finance to their clients, who have previously experienced financial difficulty to support their purchase of a motor vehicle. The organisation also offers personal loans to existing customers.

First Response Finance was founded at the end of the 20th Century with a set of core principles: Open and Honest; Team Player; Winning Attitude; and Customer Driven. These values continue to be the basis for all decision making within the business.

Along with supporting clients, First Response Finance understand the need to look out for and support their own employees. The organisation have introduced a wellness centre to all employees which provides articles, videos, hints and tips on how to improve wellbeing in a specific area.

First Response Finance also provide employees with a wellbeing day. Events include yoga, nutritional cooking lessons, and healthy lunches provided to all. The company made the decision to close each site on the specific dates, allowing all employees to fully engage with the events and not worry about their work.
