Flagship Housing Group have an ambition to solve the housing crisis in the East of England. To do this, the housing association understand the need to create an environment where employees have the space and independence to work together, understanding and improving what they do and how they do it.

The housing association recognise and reward their employees based directly on their four core principles. They understand that everyone is different, so allow their people to choose rewards and benefits that are important to them, including options such as; one-off bonuses, gift vouchers for meals or days out with the family and time-off passes.
Always on the lookout for like-minded people, Flagship Housing have an employee referral scheme where employees bring new hires to the organisation. A colleague will receive £300 in total paid in two parts. The first £150 is provided on the new employees start date and the second £150 on confirmation of probation.
