About Fora

Fora Space provide flexible workspace solutions with premium, high quality design and a first-class service to freelancers, entrepreneurs and international enterprises.

There is an entrepreneurial culture at Fora where new ideas are encouraged and the company is constantly evolving and innovating. It is fast-growing which offers lots of opportunities to be involved in exciting projects and for growth within the company.

Fora operate in an inclusive culture; the founders are highly visible and have regular team updates and events, including an annual retreat; the 'ForaFest', to which all employees are invited to a 2-day event. They also place great emphasis on wellbeing in the workplace. Most buildings have gyms and have personal trainers and fitness classes that are available for free to employees.

Each month Fora get the whole company together for the monthly update in one of their locations. Ahead of this gathering, employees are required to nominate their 'Champion Forateer' of the Month. This is somebody that employees believe embodies the culture and values that Fora uphold, along with an example of the behaviour they have demonstrated. The two employees with the most votes are announced as the winners and each month the nominators announce the reasons for their nominations in front of the whole team. They are then cheered and presented with a gift of champagne and shopping voucher by the CEO.
