About Goodstuff

Goodstuff are a media agency that plan and buy media for a wide range of clients.

People are at the heart of all that Goodstuff do, it is embedded in their DNA and is the key to their success. They firmly believe that engaged people create great work which in turn delights their clients. Their approach to employees is directly aligned to their agency mission, aiming to motivate and inspire Goodstuffers to create their best ever work.

The organisation base all that they do around working towards their six core principles each day. These core principles are in place as a way of reaching their ambition 'To be the World's most inventive media agency'.

Goodstuff acknowledge that every single Goodstuffer contributes to the agency's success and that they are only as good as the people they hire. With that in mind, Goodstuff have an annual discretionary bonus for everyone at 5% of their salary, pro-rated for tenure. This is dependent upon business performance, with business results shared on at least a quarterly basis so that people know how they doing. The bonus is paid between Christmas and New Year to ensure that January is less frugal than it might otherwise be.
