Goodstuff acknowledge that every single Goodstuffer contributes to the agency's success and that they are only as good as the people they hire. With that in mind, Goodstuff have an annual discretionary bonus for everyone at 5% of their salary, pro-rated for tenure. This is dependent upon business performance, with business results shared on at least a quarterly basis so that people know how they doing. The bonus is paid between Christmas and New Year to ensure that January is less frugal than it might otherwise be.
