About HS Direct

HS Direct provide business management software and consultancy services for SMEs in relation to health and safety and HR.

HS Direct started as a small, family run business back at the turn of the 21st Century and have grown rapidly until present day. They are now part of a larger group, but still maintain the values that have made them successful, namely, enthusiasm and positivity whilst offering an unbelievable level of service to the client, that ensures that current staff members feel part of something that they care greatly about.

The firm believe in treating their team with the respect that they treat the business and customer's with. HS Direct run regular and varied incentives for all employees. They have recently run a scheme under which between 10% and 20% of employees will earn an expenses paid trip to either New York or somewhere of their choice in the UK.

With the business continuing to grow, new vacancies open up. In order to hire the right people, HS Direct run an employee referral scheme to bring in like-minded people. Prizes for bringing in new people range from an early finish and extended lunch, to a monetary gift.

They have implemented training from the Working Win initiative to assist staff with spotting these signs.
