About Hawksmoor

Hawksmoor are a chain of steak restaurants and cocktail bars. Hawksmoor don't see themselves as just a job, it's a career. It's a company that has grown from one restaurant to eight currently and despite this growth hasn't lost any consistency or passion.

The co-founders of Hawksmoor always wanted their business to have an ethical heart and they focus their energies in three areas: sustainability, charity and being a great employer. There is a strong belief within the business that their people should feel free to be themselves, feel supported by their managers and the company, should have a strong sense of career and be given the opportunity to develop to reach their potential.

As part of their training, anyone at Hawksmoor can get away from their restaurant to learn more about Hawksmoor's suppliers. From farm visits to fishing trips, the restaurant chain want teams to get up close and personal with the people who rear the meat, catch the fish and create the charcoal - all of which are integral parts of what they offer to their customers.

What is it like to work for Hawksmoor

The co-founders are the first people a new employee will meet at induction, they are constantly in the restaurants encouraging and supporting. They send birthday messages to every team member, congratulate everyone on promotions and are there at management induction, playing a pivotal role in training Hawksmoor managers.
