About Hays Travel

Hays Travel is the UK's largest independent travel agent, providing customers from across the UK with all types of holidays, flights and other travel services, including transfers and foreign currency.

Since the company was founded over 40 years ago, Hays Travel has grown in size but what has remained the same is their ability to have the feel of a family run business, whilst experiencing rapid growth.

Hays Travel are an energetic company with the moral of 'work hard and play hard.' They like to see themselves as a company that has lots of fun along the way. They recognise that the people within the organisation really drive it forward and are at the heart of the company, which is why they provide so many opportunities for them to develop to reach their full potential.

The organisation are quick to reward employees for their hard work and jobs well done. Employees attend a high flyer if their sales are above target expectations. The employee receives an increased and uncapped bonus payment and an invite to the high flyer event. They receive a gold envelope that contains a personal invite to the event. This event also invites employees who have reached 20 years service who receive a custom designed paperweight and a jewellers voucher as a thank you for their loyalty. The MD presents this award and talks about the employees personal achievements.
