ITECCO focus on the recruitment of high quality professionals in the IT sector.

Starting up as a team of two to what is now an incredible team of over 50 ambitious people, it is fair to say that ITECCO has come a long way in their few short years in the industry.

ITECCO has a Fast-track training scheme developed by the MD based on their own personal experiences as a recruiter. This involves a 10 week training programme covering the core elements of the recruitment cycle and is backed up with the support of an external training provider who compliments the in-house learning given by the more experienced members of the ITECCO team.

Every week, all employees have a post work social on a Friday and ensure any new starters are aware of this in advance and do what we can to encourage their attendance, so they can meet everyone in a social environment.
