Judge & Priestley (J&P) are a full service solicitors practice, with experts delivering solutions to legal issues in aspects of commercial and private client law.

J&P was established over 100 years ago and is therefore a very well respected law firm. Today they are modern and progressive and their core values are to provide an expert, professional and friendly service to their clients and approach to their colleagues.

The firm has grown by roughly 1/3 in headcount in the past few years alone and during that period of growth the SMT members have put their minds to ensuring that the quality of work and staff engagement levels do not drop and are currently working on a number of engagement initiatives.

As part of this process, the firm have recently increased their annual leave offering and implemented a more comprehensive benefits package. They care about what their employees think and are committed to continually assessing and improving and so constantly seek employee opinion.
