About Kagool

Kagool build and design websites for large international companies on the sitecore platform, covering sectors including: legal, utilities, B2B and B2C.

Kagool was founded at the end of the 1990's, when their now executive chairman set up a small web development digital agency known as Fusion Workshop. The company has grown over the last 20 years with an increase in people, development of a strong leadership board and opportunities that have made them one of the best sitecore agencies in the UK.

In 2015 the organisation re-branded to Kagool, as Fusion Workshop didn't fit with who they were and what they were trying to achieve. The rebrand gave them a fresh new look, new brand, new tone of voice and Kagool DNA, which highlights their characteristics.

Kagool believe in being flexible with their team to make sure they have the best work/ life balance available to them. Employees' start and finish times are flexible to whatever suits their working life.

Along with ensuring that staff enjoy a good work / life balance and make use of the flexible start and finish times, Kagool have introduced the 'Kagool employee assistance programme', which has an online portal for staff to access and to gain information about differing health and wellbeing initiatives and self help guides relating to various topics.

In order to minimise and ease workplace stress at Kagool, there are a number of smaller offices and quiet areas in which the teams can pick up their laptop and work in another space.

When there are annual events happening e.g football / rugby world cups, the team have competitions across the offices. They have introduced a 'transfer window' where employees can put in a request to 'transfer' from their current team to another to experience working with different people and on different projects.
