Kenneth is a true entrepreneur. He is very passionate about the products and people which employees find very motivational. He sends birthday cards and hand writes personal notes/cards to employees for a whole host of reasons - may be the employee has had a fantastic sale, they may have a personal difficulty, they may be celebrating a special event (a clear scan) or moving house. Kenneth is an exceptionally gracious host, always making sure visitors/guests/new employees are well looked after, feel comfortable and are not at any disadvantage in a situation. He truly treats others as he wishes to be treated and values people for their contribution.
The Directors, Senior Management and line managers take a personal interest in employees’ individual well being whether it’s absence from work caused by sickness, personal problems or difficulties which are not causing absence but the employee is dealing with and the wellbeing of employees’ families. With this knowledge, management are able to support individuals as and when needed. On a financial front, senior management will authorise extended sick pay and compassionate leave on full or half pay dependent on the circumstance causing the absence from work. If the problem is personal and medical, additional support may be offered in terms of covering medical and other costs.
