About Lane4 Management Group

Lane4 Management Group work with global clients across the world to deliver award-winning leadership development, management skills training and transformational change programmes, helping people to think, learn and develop.

The organisations journey began when British swimmer, Adrian Moorhouse, lined up for the final of the 100 meters breaststroke at the Seoul Olympic Games. Having qualified in the fastest time, Adrian was in lane 4, traditionally set aside for the fastest heat winner, which gave him a small but potentially crucial advantage over his competitors. Adrian came home with the gold medal. Although he didn't realise it at the time, he had the perfect name for the business he would co-found just a few years later.

To this day their culture continues to embrace diverse opinion and constant curiosity. Whether it's with their clients or colleagues across the world, it's their rigorous insight, skilled team and humble confidence that help people to think, learn and develop.

People at Lane4 enjoy spending time together and they have a number of employee-led activities including a running club, cycling club, weekly boot camp, yoga, fantasy football league and gardening club. They also have a more formal calendar of employee events where we get together to connect, refresh and learn from each other.

They have a monthly WOW award where teams nominate individuals who have demonstrated the company values in the way they have supported or collaborated with colleagues and/or clients. The managing director reveals the winners every month, telling stories about what they've done and celebrating their success.
