About Learning Curve Group

Learning Curve Group (LCG) is a national training provider supporting learners to achieve success through a range of nationally accredited qualifications.

LCG began with a team of around 15 people offering flexible learning qualifications. They have since expanded their provision massively, to over 400 members of staff and 600 associates. As they have grown - both through acquisition and organically - they have become one of the UK's biggest training providers with an annual turnover of over £45million.

Although they have grown significantly in recent years, LCG still keep their small company culture and love to call themselves 'Purple People' as they live and breathe company values in order to achieve their vision of transforming lives through learning.

LCG champion an open and honest working environment. They utilise an open door policy which is demonstrated from the executive team and which informs their approachable ethos, which filters down through all staff. They love to celebrate success and have a number of ways of recognising their employees for their hard work.

LCG pride themselves on the commitment that they show to staff and truly believe in the power of investing in their health and wellbeing.
