Life Leisure operate 13 leisure centres in Stockport and Barrow, providing gyms, swimming pools, and sports halls to the community.
The organisation is keen to help employees progress, as their career develops and has therefore just
created an annual 'Life Leisure Academy'. The purpose of this is to encourage internal staff development to enable them to become managers of the future. This scheme involves all departments in leading technical and leadership training for the trainees, with trainers setting personal development plans for all attendees.
