About Lily

Originating as an outsourced engineering business in 2009, Lily have innovated and grown to now being a number one re-seller of Ericsson LG Business solutions in the UK. With an employee head count of over 70 staff and 2,000 customers and £8 million turnover, Lily have come a long way in a short time.

Most recently, Lily have introduced a new personal development programme for all of their valued employees. Called the 'Lily performance academy', the programme is designed to increase knowledge, skill, motivation and belief - both within work but also within their personal lives.

Lily have a number of incentives for their people to go above and beyond. An example being their 'I'm a succeeder' incentive, where by all individuals vote on a monthly basis for the 3 colleagues they feel over that month has demonstrated the core values of passion, performance & integrity.

The 3 winners receive a prize up to the value of £250 each and then they go into a cumulative draw over the year to win an all inclusive 5 star trip of a life time. Historically the winners have been to Ibiza, and most recently Croatia. All having a memorable experience.
