M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are a London-based sponsorship agency with a mission statement 'To only employ brilliant people, who do brilliant work and are brilliant to work with', and they strongly feel that as long as they follow these three principles, it will all work out.

The agency combine data and insights with a team of die-hard fans to ensure they create platforms and partnerships which connect brands to consumers through their passions. They have dedicated sport, entertainment and lifestyle divisions and their core disciplines include strategic consultancy, partnerships, PR, content creation, live experiences and influencer marketing.

The 'Maurice Awards' reward staff for embracing the organisations values. It's an annual opportunity for any staff member to win a two-week trip to a global M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment office, choosing from LA, New York, Sydney, Johannesburg, Amsterdam or Berlin. There are heats every quarter where staff are invited to anonymously express how they've demonstrated their values.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment are keen to provide training for current and future managers. For staff members up to and including senior account manager level, the organisation have the 'Being Brilliant' series. Delivered by a group of their own account directors (who in doing so are developing their own management skills), this series includes eight instalments covering topics ranging from people management, budgeting and other role specific skills.

They attend a portion of every board meeting to raise issues and suggestions from across the business.
