About McGinley Group

McGinley Group consists of multiple recruitment and logistics businesses, each servicing a specialist market sector.

The group was founded by Colm McGinley. He had been a client of recruitment firms and he believed that it could be done better, that it could be great, so he decided to start up a company. He sourced some brilliant recruiters and set out to challenge the norms in the recruitment world.

McGinley Group are now a group of 10 highly successful recruitment and logistics companies and are recognised as some of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.

The organisations core principles remind employees each day to be: Genuine, Respectful, Ethical, Attentive and Tenacious. In other words, to be #GREAT.

These core principles are incorporated right from initial recruitment through to every day working life for their employees. Upon initial interview, candidates will be questioned on these principles and asked to demonstrate with examples how they possess them. Principles are then linked to every employee touchpoint as they are on display in all offices through posters to wall art.
