About Monmouthshire Housing Group

Monmouthshire Housing Association provide social housing within the county of Monmouthshire, managing and maintaining around 3,600 homes and 270 leasehold properties.

On an annual basis, they provide an in-house designed leaflet for all staff which details their objective and vision. This is also communicated by their Chief Executive John Keegan at his briefings, and on the staff Intranet.

Their goal is for Monmouthshire Housing Association to become the top performing Social Enterprise in Wales by 2023 by providing quality homes and services, transforming people’s lives and giving them the confidence and support to realise their ambitions. They aim to create an environment where people can have a brilliant quality of life, in areas where they aspire to live and work.
