About Namos Solutions

Namos Solutions are an award-winning 'Oracle Platinum Partner' and 'Cloud Excellence Implementer' (CEI), specialising in the implementation and support of ERP, EPM and HCM business solutions.

Their CEO founded the company over seven years ago out of his back bedroom, is still actively involved in the company and operates an open door policy for any conversations.

Their mantra is “Big Enough to Deliver, Small Enough to Care,” which drives their core values and reflects the exceptional service they offer over the competition.

They believe #TeamNamos has very much a family feel and is not inclusive to any particular groups. The company has won some huge brand names as customers, which has provided the opportunity for consultant to travel and enjoy more flexible working.

Over the Summer, Namos invited all employees, their partners and children to a party which they held at Hyde park in London. They organised a 'picnic licence' and catered for everyone with a picnic lunch. They also encouraged people to bring games and music, they had a cricket match, a company wide game of rounders and a 'Bangra' dancing session.

The CEO is involved in the organisation at all levels and firmly believes in their cores values; Professionalism, Expertise and Trust. Both the CEO and CTO are actively involved in day to day delivery and wouldn't ask any of the staff to do anything they wouldn't do themselves. They also get heavily involved in fundraising and believe in leading from the front.

Namos support all staff with software training but also external courses and training. A recent example of this is all managers are enrolling in the Mental Health First Aid course which further develops them and also ensures they are supporting their staff as required.

All new staff joining Namos are asked to complete a #TeamNamos bio which is sent out to all staff. This contains something about work experience but also something personal and a little quirky - this often incites conversation immediately and helps the new employee settle in.
