About Nominet

Nominet are an international internet company that delivers a critical role in the UK internet infrastructure by providing a trusted, secure online home for millions of British businesses. Internationally, the organisation is committed to developing an internet to benefit all.

With 150 employees, Nominet live and breathe their values of integrity, accountability, courage and performance. The organisation aims to excel, innovate and adapt by leading the way through domain registry services, while seizing opportunities to create a wider portfolio of technology driven solutions and services.

Nominet are dedicated to supporting each and every member of staff’s development, and all have their own bespoke personal development plan using a mix of learning opportunities from cashing, reading online courses and more traditional classroom style learning.

Chief Executive Officer Russell Haworth joined the business in 2015, and is dedicated to operating an open-door policy. He often sends a company-wide email congratulating staff upon the completion of a piece of work, with an invitation to enjoy pizza and a drink with him.
