Oliver provides clients with dedicated agencies. They do this because they believe the traditional agency model is not fit for the speed of modern marketing. Businesses want, and rightly demand, the same quality of strategic and creative thinking the traditional agency provides, but at a speed that befits how they now work.
Oliver offers multiple opportunities for individuals within the business to up skill themselves through a plethora of development opportunities. This includes a thorough and well rounded induction process that see all employees on their first day taken through all the systems and process in place to support their career whilst working at the company.
Employees are encouraged to drive their own self-development with access to a learning platform both inside and outside work. Managers are tasked with setting 121's with employees on a regular basis to ensure they have clear set objectives and to provide opportunities for the employee to discuss their career development.
Every Wednesday, the people team sends out wellbeing comms to the entire company. These often will include examples, ideas and articles or initiatives that employees can use to improve their wellbeing, reduce stress and overall feel good.
Additional to this, Oliver also offer all employees 2 'unplug' days a year. These days can be taken at any point with a line manager's approval and is an opportunity for the employee to disconnect from their work and any workplace stresses, anxiety or depression they may be having.
