Primarily, Ongo are North Lincolnshire's largest provider of social housing, offering 10,000 affordable homes for rent to those that need it most. However, Ongo is so much more than a landlord, they are a company that truly cares about their people and their communities.
Whether this is staff, tenants, Board members or partners they work with; they want to be the best, most supportive organisation they can. They have an extremely passionate bunch of staff that genuinely care about the work they do, and they have helped Ongo become the organisation they are today.
Developing and investing in staff is something they believe makes Ongo a great place to work. They run an 'Aspire Programme', which is a 12 month course to train and develop staff that they believe have the potential to be future managers and leaders in the organisation. They also take on apprentices each year, to help young people really kick start their career.
