About Oyster Partnership

Oyster Partnership is one of the UK's leading specialist property sector recruitment consultancies.

Established in 2004, they have grown to be a 65+ strong team working with public, private and third sector organisations to manage their resource challenges at both strategic and day to day levels.

They recruit for contract, permanent and interim roles and work with candidates at all stages of their careers. As well as providing expert recruitment across a wide range of property specialisms, they offer a range of consultancy and project management services, deepening the expertise and resource available to clients.

Oyster is a genuine example of how success can be achieved no matter your background. What matters most to them is what you want to achieve and how committed you are to achieving it.

Their workplace is a genuine meritocracy where the potential for you to realise career ambitions is completely unlimited. Shaping the business around the people working in it is central to their whole philosophy. It's not the usual way of looking at or doing things, which is why they call it 'The Oyster Difference'.

Personal Growth
Personal Growth
Oyster Partnership's Personal Goals and Objectives scheme has shown a great change in how employees deal with their finances, plan for their future and target themselves. They have seen many clear their debts, get on to the property ladder and even save enough to be able to travel the world.
