PHASTAR supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies during their clinical development. They use their technical expertise to deliver bio-statistical consulting, statistical programming, clinical data management and data science.
Their CEO, a statistician himself, started PHASTAR as he wanted to create a consultancy that focused on quality while providing a fun place to work.
The company has a strong family feel where everyone can share ideas during forums, group chats on their internal communication App or during meetings. They operate an open door policy and the Senior Managers and Leader are readily available to listen to the team members.
Team building events are integral in ensuring a positive working environment; PHASTAR understands this and regularly subsidises social events which help develop strong relationships across functions. In the last 12 months, PHASTAR has supported a UK-wide Game of Thrones-themed party which included a special performance from the hip-hop artist Tinchy Stryder. The event took place in central London and was attended by nearly 100 employees and contractors.
