About Peak

Peak's mission is to help businesses do great things, providing them with the ability to drive value from their data with AI and machine learning, at scale and speed.

Peak was born out of the frustration of their founding team spending many years working on data projects in a range of enterprise business and seeing them struggle to understand, grasp and implement the opportunity to become data driven.

Access to the technology, the skills and the people to become AI-driven is out of the hands of most companies. Peak exists to remove these barriers for businesses. Through their first-of-its-kind AI System and great people, they help a range of global enterprises grow or become more efficient through AI.

They have created a company people love to work at, through a focus on their core values, a shared sense of purpose and giving people the freedom and tools to be great at their work they believe together they can dominate the AI sector worldwide.

Everyone has regular developmental conversations with their manager, and records specific objectives on a PDP. They also have role grades and have identified milestones to support progress through the grades, either through line management or becoming a technical expert.

Each month, Peak have a 'team update', where the CEO and any other leaders share where they are against their goals. At the end of each quarter, these include welcoming new joiners that quarter, thanking everyone for all their hard work and signposting what is coming up for the next quarter.
