Quill Pinpoint provide legal accounts software to law firms, as well as a range of other services which include outsourced legal cashiering, outsourced payroll and book-keeping services.

After recently celebrating it's 40th year of trading, Quill is staunchly independent, continues to be privately owned and operates to a very forward thinking progressive development agenda. Many of its staff joined as apprentices and have been carefully nurtured and developed, creating a cohesive family environment.

Quill's staff have an incredibly long tenure with the average employee having 8.5 years' service. What's more, key people in strategic and operational positions within development, professional services, account management and sales having 21 years plus service. This continuity of employment means that the knowledge and know how of numerous implementations can be used to ensure that their interactive solution delivers tangible return on investment to all clients.

The MD has an open door policy which all employees are made aware of. He also does daily floor walks around the offices and 'catches up' with employees and how they are doing/getting on.
Quill have a breakout room with TV, games and quiet space which employees can use during any break times or if they need a time out, encourage time away from their desk.

They have recently reviewed staff members who were based at offices further away than a local office to again reduce down commute and the impact on C02 emissions.
