Rapport was created in 2012 by their managing director. The vision and purpose for the business was very clear; every guest experience should be unique. From this, Rapport was created; the very name of the business when looked up in the dictionary reads 'a close and harmonious relationship, where everyone understands each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well'.
Today, this is living and breathing in every element of the business, every ambassador is empowered to surprise and delight each and every client they interact with.
All Rapport ambassadors have access to an employee assistance programme that they can access 24/7, which is actively discussed within the business and using the service is actively promoted.
There is a dedicated section on the 'MyRapport' engagement platform for wellbeing and mental health, providing access to lots of different service providers as well as useful coping tools and strategies. They also have a dedicated business coach available to all ambassadors who also oversees the wellbeing offering.
