The name Regenda is a combination of 'regeneration' and 'agenda', reflecting their history of regenerating buildings and neighbourhoods. Together, they gained a reputation for innovation, with greater financial stability and a wider variety of housing.
Regenda work with a range of partner organisations to provide affordable housing and to achieve sustainable community regeneration. They operate in 28 local authority areas and have regional offices in Fleetwood and Oldham in addition to their head offices in Liverpool.
The housing association have achieved the highest possible governance and financial viability ratings from their regulators and are proud of their record in delivering excellent services to customers.
