The Rick Stein Group provide great food in great places that make people happy. The Seafood Restaurant was opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975 and since then Rick and Jill have grown the business to include a further 11 restaurants, 40 guest bedrooms, 4 retail sites, a cookery school and several support teams.
In 2014 they opened their first restaurant outside of Cornwall in Winchester and have since opened restaurants in Marlborough, Sandbanks and Barnes.
Their peak headcount is just over 700 throughout summer months, and they have plans to continue to grow the business in the future.
