Search Laboratory is an international digital marketing agency that provides its clients with integrated campaigns spanning paid search, SEO, social media, programmatic advertising, Amazon optimisation, analytics and data science.

Search Laboratory started small in 2005 with just one person in the back bedroom of their house. The founder had a vision for the company; they would always be open and transparent with clients about techniques, and they would be a business that was ethical and sustainable. Search Laboratory enjoyed 100% year on year headcount growth for the years that followed.

The organisation is running global campaigns in more than 20 different languages for some of the world's biggest brands. Not content to stop here, they want to continue their growth and success so they can realise their vision to be recognised as the best digital marketing agency in the UK.

Search Laboratory work hard to retain the family feel that makes them so unique. They do this through numerous social events and by supporting and helping each other daily. They have a team who care passionately about their clients and about the success of Search Laboratory.

Search Laboratory's Management Development Programme is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management and Leeds Beckett University. Participants receive a Level 5, recognised diploma upon completion. 
Search Laboratory want to have the right practices and processes to prevent stress happening in the first place. Managers will look ahead to times of change, where there is potential for stress to be felt, and incorporate this into their communication plans, removing as much uncertainty as possible.
