About Sipsmith

The story of Sipsmith all began in 2009 in a small workshop. Two childhood friends had an unwavering belief in things well made. So they set up London's first traditional copper distillery since 1820. Their mission was simple: to bring London dry gin of truly uncompromising quality and character, back to the city where it first earned its name.

They have come a long way since then, expanding globally, but their ethos hasn't changed: They make gin, not compromises. The same goes for how they work together. They want their people to have the greatest experience they can at work, no compromises.

Sipsmith do things together so whatever an employees role, they will be getting involved with everything. From delivering quality brand experiences to hosting visitors from around the world at their world class distillery bar, Sipsmith want everyone to experience and contribute to everything they do.

Their workplace is unique and are proud of what they do. They are a family of individuals, they work together but everyone is empowered to use their individual super powers to help grow the business and their brand.

Part of their mission is to support a culture that celebrates success and promotes learning when they fail.
