Source Group International (SGI) are recruitment specialists bringing together four brands to build a powerful and sustainable talent partner of collaboration, expertise, passion and knowledge for innovative results.

SGI operates from 6 offices globally: The UK, Amsterdam, Zug, Los Angeles, New York, and Houston.

The four brands SGI is made up of are: Source Technology (Technology Experts), Xplore Life Science (Innovative Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals), Scale Search (Personable Executive Search) and Picture Services (Consultative Approach to Success).

What is it like to work for Source Group International

The leadership team has ensured that throughout the pandemic all staff have been regularly communicated to, across the group. They have moved to working remotely but stayed connected through Microsoft Teams, Zoom and connectivity tools such as planner. The leadership team have also directly contacted all employees - it has been vital that throughout the pandemic they have remained visible and present across the business.

SGI launched and maintained a variety of schemes and campaigns throughout the pandemic to support the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. Every Monday employees were challenged to film their own fitness video to get them away from their desks and up and active. On top of this, every Wednesday, employees were invited to take an hour away from their desks and take part in a virtual workout with a fitness instructor.

Since March, SGI have looked at their internal communications strategy and made improvements through a variety of technology and creative meetings. Advice, training and update videos have been regularly produced across the business and sent round to individual teams, ensuring peer to peer advice and suggestions could continue through the pandemic.
