Source Breaker is an award winning search platform serving recruiters globally. Source Breaker generates maximum ROI by providing multiple opportunities to place every candidate, saving time, increasing productivity and revenue per recruiter.

Source Breaker launched just under five years ago with the intention of transforming the way in which recruiters work. This meant automating the search process so that recruiters can spend more time engaging with candidates and clients.

Since then, the business has grown from two to over 60 employees, brought on over 500 clients and is only continuing to grow.

People describe the culture within Source Breaker as passionate, driven and fun. Made up of hard-working and humble individuals. In the words of their founders to staff during the latest company presentation, "You're all here because when we interviewed you, we thought you were incredible".

Everyone is welcomed into the company to join a journey rather than do a job, and whilst they have high expectations of each team member, they look to provide the opportunity to put a marker down on their careers, in a business that is truly transforming the industry.

Along with their motivated and high-performance culture, Source Breaker believe people spend far too much time at work for it to be a place you don't enjoy being. The social side of the business is therefore extremely important to make sure that everyone is rewarded for their hard work, alongside a close-knit team with one common goal.
