The firm believes that everyone can have a significant impact on the business and want their people to feel valued. This is why regular consultations with people at all levels form an essential part of informing the firm's future direction.

The managing partner meets with every new joiner during their induction period to talk through these core principles and all of their people are given a pocket sized leaflet of the values as a constant reminder. Their annual performance review process is also driven by their principles and development frameworks, they ask everyone to refer to both documents in detail.
