About Talent Works International Ltd

Talent Works started life in 2009 with a vision to transform and disrupt the recruitment industry.

What started in a small barn with one founder and three willing and ambitious recruiters, soon evolved to be an industry disruptor who sought to challenge a stagnating industry.

Since their inception, they have grown organically, starting with less than £5,000 of funds, they have scaled to become a multi-million turnover business with their annual headcount nearly doubling year on year.

Over the last 10 years, Talent Works have scaled their organisation throughout the UK and US, integrating employer brand, creative and digital services to define a new recruitment outsourcing model that adds value, enhances capability and delivers unrivalled return on investment and service.

Employees support global brands, FTSE businesses and now a focus on supporting the UK and global Tech start-ups and scale-ups, to help them achieve exponential growth.

Talent Works have created and invested in their teams, their environments and given people a platform to showcase their talents with some of the most inspiring organisations.

The teams and people at Talent Works have defined and evolved their culture. They drive an environment that encourages people to support one another, ask questions, have ideas, defy convention and share their passion.
