During the pandemic Target Group launched a variety of webinars to support leaders with adapting to virtual ways of working and providing them with the tools to adapt their approach to meet the needs of the people and their clients customers. As a business, Target Group were also conscious that several managers were adapting to working from home and the pressures of home schooling and other changes. To support parents and carers they ran a series of Parents and Carers webinars.
Target Group have continued to deliver all of their scheduled learning during the pandemic. This has required them to adapt their learning content but has also provided an opportunity to enhance their learning offering by designing digital solutions. Learning that has been delivered includes new Start Journeys, leaders’ webinars, performance improvement initiatives, onboarding of new clients, process and system change requests, and coaching as a way of leading for their Team Leader population.
