About The Coaching Inn Group

The Coaching Inn Group started life operating bars, restaurants and night clubs. Over the years they have transitioned into the country's premier Coaching Inn operator. They focus on historic buildings that have significance within the local community.

Their primary focus is always for people, whether that be team members, guests or suppliers, the importance of people is at the forefront of every decision they make. They believe that a great place to work should be somewhere that you are excited and passionate to come to and it is important to them that everyone enjoys their time there.

The Coaching Inn Group offer a health and wellbeing grant that enables team members to spend up to £200 per year on items and activities that promote a healthy body and a healthy mind. Employees have spent this grant on things such as gym memberships, fitness trackers, sports equipment, and even a kayak.

The Groups leadership journey programme encourages employees to progress from duty manager through assistant manager and on to a general manager role. The structured programmes are tailored to each individual through personal development plans so that each trainee embarks on the training route that is best suited to them.

Coaching Inn have a director whose main job role is concerned with welfare within the group. They liaise with individuals on a one on one basis to ensure that any issues that might contribute to workplace stress are addressed.
