Employees have spent this grant on things such as gym memberships, fitness trackers, sports equipment, and even a kayak.
The Groups leadership journey programme encourages employees to progress from duty manager through assistant manager and on to a general manager role. The structured programmes are tailored to each individual through personal development plans so that each trainee embarks on the training route that is best suited to them.
