About The Manufacturing Technology Centre

The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) specialise in digital manufacturing, additive manufacturing, automation and robotics as well as intelligent automation.

The MTC's core principles ensure that their people look to do things the 'RIGHT' way,: responsibility; inspiration; great environment; honesty & integrity; and teamwork.

MTC want all employees to feel that they are contributing to the overall success of the organisation and that they have great opportunities to develop with them. Employees have a personal development plan and the organisation continues to run a range of skills enhancement and qualifications.

The executive team lead by example. They are transparent with business dealings and hold a twice-yearly state of the nation event to share business vision, goals, updates and financial performance.
They recently arranged a leadership conference in order to empower the leaders in the business to embrace the organisation's value of responsibility.
