Thomas Carroll is a multi-disciplined company offering business and personal insurance broking, wealth management, employee benefits, health and safety and employment law consultancy.

Thomas Carroll was established by Evan Thomas and Terry Carroll in 1972 and has grown from one small office to six companies, across six offices with 148 employees.

Their mission and brand values define who they are, what they do and why they do it. They are a Chartered status firm which is a kitemark for trust and quality, ensuring their clients receive the highest standard of advice available.

The awards that the Group have won demonstrate their commitment to business excellence at a national level.

They take pride in their graduate training programme, have professional and personal development training schemes, an active people group, charity and social committee, complimentary fruit and work hard to maintain a working environment that is happy and focused.
