About Trinnovo Group

Trinnovo Group provide retained/contingent recruitment services, in contract/permanent hires, across three specialist markets: IT, governance/regulation, life sciences. Clients are mainly global brands, many FTSE listed, in UK, Europe, US and world-wide.

The first brand of the Trinnovo Group, Trust in Soda, was co-founded in 2013. The co-founders wanted to change the face of digital recruitment - to make it a diverse, people-centred space.

They now employ around 80 people across London, Manchester, Dublin, Switzerland and LA.

Their core values are innovation, passion and collaboration and actively encourage cross-business participation - in and outside the office.

They offer clear and achievable progression, competitive salary and commission structure, a huge number of incentives including multiple trips abroad, lunch clubs, summer and Christmas parties, deliveroo and 3pm Fridays finishes, CSR activities, 2.5 weeks off at Christmas, horse racing and Oktoberfest.
