About UKCloud Ltd

UKCloud is dedicated to helping the UK Public Sector by delivering more choice and flexibility through safe and trusted cloud technology. They own and operate UK sovereign, industry leading, multi-cloud platforms which are secure, assured and located from the Government's Crown Campus.

UKCloud was formed back in 2011 when a small group of individuals used to work out of a coffee shop, since its humble beginnings it has come a long way and overcome some challenges along the way. To date it has a highly skilled team of over 200 employees, across 3 offices in the UK and is well known for its business model in the UK public sector.

The leadership team continue to support the growth of talent and expand diversity, opening their early career networking in 2013. Since the early career programme launched in 2013 UKCloud has welcomed over 75 students and apprentices with many returning after graduation.

This year UKCloud launched its 'Women in STEM' committee, ex-military network group and signed up to the tech talent charter, armed forces covenant and time to change pledge, recognising UKClouds commitment to improving diversity across the organisation.

It has an active training and social budget which supports its commitment to personal development and the friendly nature of the business. Although UKCloud has grown significant in the past 7 years it has still managed to keep hold of many of its traditions and its warm and friendly culture. Traditions such as UKCloud 'Children In Need Day', Christmas party or 'Palace to Palace' ride remain a prominent part of life at UKCloud. There is also a strong community focus at UKCloud, with high participation in charity events both in and outside of the office.
