Uniform was founded in 1998 in Liverpool by three LJMU product design students, Nick Howe, Nick Bentley and Pete Thomas.
They began their business in furniture design and were soon listed in Design Week's ones to watch. They then branched out into design and visualisation and 20 years on, Uniform has become one of Liverpool's largest and most cutting-edge creative companies.
Uniform has three distinct offers - an award-winning brand design agency, a world-leading visualisation studio and Bold St studios, a creative hub for design, digital and tech companies - and employs over 65 people across our Liverpool and London locations.
They are an ambitious company with plans to continue their rapid growth, winning awards for their creative work and pushing design boundaries through R&D. Imagining the impossible, is in their DNA and what they try to live up to every day using design to solve problems, change mindsets and help their clients succeed.
Their diversity is rich, one fifth of the team are from outside of the UK and they are committed to developing diversity and inclusion in the business across gender, age, race, religion and experience.
It's their culture that really makes them stand out. Uniform is a space where no matter who you are or your talents, beliefs, background and experiences, people should feel that they work together in a culture where they are valued, respected and they belong.
