Wyboston is a combination of conference centres, managed offices, a golf course and driving range, a watersports and land activity centre as well as a 4 star hotel and exclusive spa.
The resort was originally founded in 1983 by Peter Hutchinson to add to his growing portfolio of businesses and it remains privately owned today, which makes it amongst the largest business of its kind in the UK.
The internal culture of the business has evolved from the original family values that were instrumental in the development of both the business and team. They are all about providing great service and hospitality for their guests; they want their guests to experience a home from home feeling where they know their team will be wanting to look after all their needs whilst they stay with them.
They are continuing to build on this culture year on year and it's important to them that their team are involved in this cultural change. They hold team member forums, have a suggestion box, have various team and engagement events throughout the year and ensure that all teams within the business are kept up to date with what is happening on a regular basis.
Wyboston Lakes is a diverse and exciting place to work, the likes of which is hard to come by especially outside London.
