My Manager
Managers reward and recognise employees through Employee of the Month and Manager/Team of the Year awards. They also hold monthly one to ones, review performance to KPIs and values weekly and hold team meetings to communicate information. They strive to respect employees' life outside of work and try where possible to offer flexible and part time working. There are Regular CEO Updates and cascade meetings to communicate the direction and vision of the organisation to all employees.
The organisation seeks to enhance the wellbeing of employees. They have recently held an employee wellbeing at work month, whereby they had a nutritionist in to help advise people with exercise and diet. They also provide regular opportunities for people to ensure they have a work life balance.

My Team
My Team
XLN Telecom is an enthusiastic team driven environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and is challenged to contribute more, both to themselves and to the company. A particularly memorable social event they held was a Halloween Party on site with fancy dress, Halloween themed decorations, food, party games and drinks. It proved to be a real success!
