About Yo Telecom

Since being founded in 2013, Yo Telecom have gone from strength to strength, winning awards consistently. They now provide a multitude of services to their customers and have huge ambitions for the future.

Everything they do, every product they provide and every innovation they create is all for one powerful purpose. Helping businesses increase their success.

They hold 'positive focuses' each morning which enable everyone across departments to catch up on things in work as well as outside. In line with these positive focuses, one of their core principles is 'Make good works well known'. This includes celebrating the achievements of others, ensuring that the company is aware of them and a person feels truly appreciated and valued.

Yo Telecom support employee development through Yo University. They are creating a video platform full of training and development tools for all departments both for new starters and existing employees. This will enable staff to develop their skills in their own area but also enable them to learn about other departments to help support their future career ambitions.
My Team
My Team
Yo Telecom make a conscious effort to try and do fun, innovative things with their teams. One event they run regularly is their quarterly all hands meetings, where the whole company comes together for the day to be updated on company progress, department successes as well as any negatives. They then do something fun following these meetings, for example for their summer event they took everyone camping in the New Forest afterwards and provided a BBQ, drinks and games.
