Space have supported several team members in progressing with their professional qualifications. They continue to support all of their graduates in achieving their qualifications. Their trainees are all encouraged to continue their studies with day release and progress to the end of their course. It is testament to their commitment and the skills that they have gained while studying with Space and at their respective educational institutions that their graduates often return to work with them after qualifying.

Space group runs a series of events for their entire team. Each year, they hold a family BBQ, where they encourage their team members to bring their partners and children, there is a races day for team members and their partners and a Christmas Dinner for team members and their partners. Space also encourages each team to socialise outside of work and strengthen the bonds they have.

Giving Something Back
Giving Something Back

In the North East, Space team members have led a series of business tutorial workshops with enterprising teenagers who have set up their own business, supporting Young Enterprise North East. They have also worked with Children North East, refurbishing and refitting one of their service buildings in Newcastle, ensuring that young people from 11-25 in a socially deprived area of the city have a welcoming place to go. In the North West, Space team members are currently working with young people’s mentoring charity, RECLAIM, providing interior design services for their new office and mentoring a young person in their office.
